Roasted Turkey: Turkey slowly baked till it’s nice and juicy and tender.
Lasagna: Choice of meat, cheese or vegetable lasagna.

Sherry Creamed Chicken: Our Chefs special sherry cream sauce served over a chicken breast.
Pork Tenderloins: Pork with apple Chutney sauce.
Medallion Steak: Steak with a pinot noir sauce.
Rosemary Salmon: Salmon dusted with rosemary.
Bar B Que Ribs: Ribs marinated in our chefs special bbq sauce.
Chicken Alfredo: Our homemade alfredo sauce over noodles and chicken.

Prime Rib: Served with au jus and horseradish as a side.
Filet Mignon: A prime cut of beef cooked to your liking.
New York Steak: A 40z steak with caramelized onions.
Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp sautéed in garlic butter.
Grilled Salmon: Salmon grilled in a special glaze and dill sauce.
Smoked Salmon: Salmon smoked to perfection and seasoned with our own special blend of seasonings.
Kalbi Ribs: Marinated in our soy, brown sugar, green onion, ginger, garlic and salt and pepper.
Scallops: Served over risotto.
