Sliders: Your choice of pulled pork or hamburger on a mini bun with option of cheese on top.
Vegetable Kabob: Grilled seasonal vegetables.
Garden Burger or Hamburger: Served on a bun with choice of lettuce, tomato or onion.
Brisket: Rubbed with our chefs special seasoning and slowly cooked till tender.
Bar B Que Chicken: Chicken marinated in our chefs homemade bbq sauce.


 

SILVER MENU

Meat Kabobs: Steak or Chicken kabobs marinated with a special seasoning and our chefs special Root Beer and Bourbon glaze.
Smoked Chicken: Chicken with our chefs own special rub and smoked for hours.
Baked Ham: Traditional baked ham with the Chefs special homemade glaze.
Roasted Turkey: Turkey slowly baked till it’s nice and juicy and tender.
Lasagna: Choice of meat, cheese or vegetable lasagna.

Sherry Creamed Chicken: Our Chefs special sherry cream sauce served over a chicken breast.
Pork Tenderloins: Pork with apple Chutney sauce.
Medallion Steak: Steak with a pinot noir sauce.
Rosemary Salmon: Salmon dusted with rosemary.
Bar B Que Ribs: Ribs marinated in our chefs special bbq sauce.
Chicken Alfredo: Our homemade alfredo sauce over noodles and chicken.

PLATINUM MENU

Prime Rib: Served with au jus and horseradish as a side.
Filet Mignon: A prime cut of beef cooked to your liking.
New York Steak: A 40z steak with caramelized onions.
Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp sautéed in garlic butter.
Grilled Salmon: Salmon grilled in a special glaze and dill sauce.
Smoked Salmon: Salmon smoked to perfection and seasoned with our own special blend of seasonings.
Kalbi Ribs: Marinated in our soy, brown sugar, green onion, ginger, garlic and salt and pepper.
